DynamicsQ understands the needs of small to medium enterprises and has adopted a process to deliver results. We call it V3, but you might as well just call it VICTORY.
At a tactical level, we subscribe to the Microsoft Implementation Methodology which is invaluable for the practice of successful implementations, roll-outs, and upgrades. However, we prefer to be recognized for our commitment to the V3 Methodology which delivers organizational success.
During the Value phase we help you define the appropriate execution strategy by understanding your business model, pain points, and unique opportunities. Once the Value definition has been crystallized, the management team identifies the corresponding value proposition, market segment, technology application, and user adoption readiness level. The Value phase is performed briefly to confirm that DynamicsQ is able to add value to our clients by transforming strategic intentions into operational actions.
Why build a model if you are not willing to test it? The Validation phase helps DynamicsQ identify any deficiencies in the Business Model or Value definition. This is the point where we take a real hard look at what we are doing to make sure that it will benefit your organization in the long run. A lot of MS partners and software consultants will push an industry proven solution onto a client without acknowledging the uniqueness of an organization. We want you to know that is clearly not us. DynamicsQ takes the time to construct a model, understand your needs, develop a plan and verify whether this is the best decision for your organization.
We love Microsoft solutions, but we love ourselves more. Guiding you in a direction that is not conducive to your business is bad business for us – it will never happen.
Welcome to the final phase of our service methodology, the Velocity phase. Now that we both agree on how clever we are over here at DynamicsQ, let’s get one thing straight. We are in the shipping business as much as we are in the software business. Our experience has taught us that strategy is not very useful alone; strategy is still dependent on deliberate and immediate execution. All we need is your approval.
