why we do it

Want to know what we do first? Skip ahead, but you will miss the point.

Quite frankly, this is the most exciting point for us to discuss. There are a lot of Microsoft Partners out there and they all hopefully believe in what they do (for different reasons). We spent the time to think about why we would want to go from a team of business consultants, architects, engineers, and ninjas to building a new organization. Motivated by Qatalys Inc. leadership after the success of our projects, the MS Dynamics team was presented with an opportunity to form as a subsidiary of Qatalys Global Technologies. We elected to do this for a few reasons.

  1. The ability to focus on a specific product to attain master proficiency.
  2. Intimate access to our clients. Instead of working on a single component midway through a large project, we get to be here from inception to delivery.
  3. The opportunity to build our own culture and select our own projects.

Don’t get the wrong idea. We owe everything to our parent and sister companies. In fact, even to this day when we hit a snag and need some help, we call on the family.

This organizational structure enables DynamicsQ to provide a concierge experience with the strength of a global enterprise.

Sounds plausible, but why Microsoft Dynamics?

Trust us when we say we have hands-on experience with every major CRM and ERP available. We have had many successful implementations of non-Microsoft software when we operated inside of Qatalys. We actually love most software. The fact remains that in most cases, we recommend Dynamics because it possesses the right balance of scalability, cost, user adoption, and performance to be the correct tool for most Small to Medium size enterprises.

And then trust us again when we tell you that we have also evaluated every piece of super agile startup developed CRM, Ticketing, Accounting, Marketing, Sales and Project Management software out there. We continue to do so no matter how excruciating the process is because we believe in the diversity of ideas. Increased exposure to different ways of thinking helps us develop insight. This insight into how potential clients are stitching software together to meet their business needs provides us with an unmatched ability to relate to them and present a better solution.
